Before free agency got underway on Feb. 12, the staff at 3DownNation ranked all the available veteran players. After the initial frenzy, there are still plenty of quality players so here’s our comprehensive and ranked list of every guy still on the market by position. The list will be updated.

QUARTERBACKS

1. Kevin Glenn: Glenn has morphed from starter to perpetually embattled starter to veteran back up using his experience and leadership for good.

2. Ricky Ray: Medical clearance needs to happen prior to Ray making a decision as to whether or not his playing career will continue.

3. Darian Durant: Sat out 2018 but would be interested in a return to the field.

4. Drew Willy: Released by Montreal in January, Willy has experience but been injury prone and poor as a starter recently.

5. Bryant Moniz: June Jones’ emergency plan.

RECEIVERS

Nationals

1. George Johnson, MTL
Age: 25
Starts in 2018: 17

Notes: Long and lean, if Johnson adds some bulk and tenacity he could improve.

2. Devon Bailey, SSK
Age: 27
Key stats: Ten receptions for 109 yards.
Notes: Has yet to turn excellent height (6-foot-5) into consistent production.

Also available: Rob Bagg, SSK; Samuel Giguere, EDM;

Internationals

1. Chris Matthews, CGY
Age: 29
Starts in 2018: 4

2. Chris Williams, HAM
Age: 31
Starts in 2018: 8
Key stats: 25 receptions for 401 yards and one touchdown

3. Terrence Toliver, HAM
Age: 30
Starts in 2018: 12
Key stats: 32 receptions for 456 yards and one touchdown
Notes: Injuries are starting to add up for this veteran, but there aren’t many 6-foot-5 receivers with hands like Toliver’s.

4. Weston Dressler, WPG
Age: 33
Starts in 2018: 13
Key stats: 45 receptions for 535 yards and five touchdowns
Notes: Can still be dynamic at times, but age and injuries are starting to catch-up with the future hall of famer.

5. Adarius Bowman, MTL
Age: 33
Starts in 2018: 17
Key stats: 39 receptions for 467 yards and one touchdown
Notes: If Bowman can bounce back from less than stellar 2018, he could provide some value.

Key stats: 17 carries for 88 yards and a touchdown; 12 receptions for 97 yards; returned 63 punts for 648 yards and 60 kickoffs for 1,129 yards.

Age: 27
Starts in 2018: 1
Key stats: 10 carries for 43 yards and one touchdown; seven receptions for 75 yards.

Notes: Has never fully lived up to the hype he generated as a rookie with B.C. in 2015.

Age: 26
Key stats: 12 tackles
Notes: Didn’t generate much push working beside perennial all-star Ted Laurent.

DEFENSIVE ENDS

Nationals

1. Jesse Joseph, MTL
Age: 30
Starts in 2018: 7
Key stats: 24 tackles, 4 sacks & one forced fumble

2. Ciante Evans, CGY
Age: 26
Starts in 2018: 14
