If you were hoping to attend this year’s East Final, bad news — it’s already sold out.
The Montreal Alouettes announced the news on Monday, almost three weeks before the game is scheduled for November 7 at Percival Molson Memorial Stadium.
The Larks saw an attendance increase of 0.5 percent in 2026 with average crowds of 21,238. After a lull in June, attendance started picking up in August as the team came within 1,000 fans of capacity in each of its last five games. The team’s two final regular-season games both sold out.
Montreal last hosted the East Final in 2024, when the game drew a capacity crowd of 23,035. However, the team lost the contest to the eventual Grey Cup champion Toronto Argonauts by a score of 30-28.
The Alouettes clinched first place in the East Division earlier this month with a 37-10 win over the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. The team has already won 13 games this year, the most of any Alouettes team since 2009 when the club went 15-3.
The Montreal Alouettes (13-4) will visit the Toronto Argonauts (9-8) at BMO Field on Friday, October 23 with kickoff scheduled for 7:00 p.m. ET. Montreal is coming off a tight loss to the Saskatchewan Roughriders in which their top offensive players didn’t play, while the Boatmen lost a tight game to the previously winless Ottawa Redblacks.
The game will be broadcast on TSN and RDS2 in Canada and CFL+ internationally. Radio listeners can tune-in on TSN 690 (English) or 99.5 Montreal (French) in Montreal and TSN 1050 in Toronto.
