Winnipeg Blue Bombers sign five

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have signed five American players to their practice roster, including receiver Jerand Bradley, offensive linemen Tunde Fatukasi and Jeremiah Crawford, and defensive backs D.J. Harvey Jr. and Tamon Lynum. The team made the announcement on Sunday.

Bradley attended training camp with the Los Angeles Chargers earlier this year after going unselected in the 2026 NFL Drft. He made two catches for 34 yards and one touchdown during the preseason.

The six-foot-five, 241-pound target finished his collegiate career at Kansas State University, where he tallied 13 receptions for 184 yards and two touchdowns.

The native of Dallas, Texas played at Boston College in 2024, where he made six receptions for 94 yards and two touchdowns. He previously spent three years at Texas Tech, where he caught 92 passes for 1,274 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Fatukasi finished his collegiate career with a four-year stint at Bowling Green State University, where he made 33 starts over 44 career games. The six-foot-five, 310-pound native of Far Rockaway, N.Y. played primarily at left tackle and guard.

Crawford attended training camp with the Carolina Panthers in 2024 but was released among final roster cuts. The six-foot-five, 315-pound native of Goddard, Kan. played collegiately at the University of Tennessee, where he played 30 games and made 13 starts at tackle. He also had a previous stint at Butler Community College.

Harvey Jr. finished his collegiate career at the University of Southern California in 2025, where he made seven tackles and two pass breakups over eight games. The five-foot-ten, 189-pound defender previously played at Virginia Tech and San Jose State.

In total, the native of Palmdale, Calif. played 45 collegiate games and recorded 101 total tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, 14 pass knockdowns, four interceptions, two sacks, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery. He also attended rookie minicamp with the Atlanta Falcons earlier this year.

Lynum participated in training camp with the Pittsburgh Steelers earlier this year and made one tackle during the preseason, though he was waived among final roster cuts.

The six-foot-two, 185-pound native of Orlando, Fla. played collegiately at the University of Nebraska and the University of Pittsburgh. Over 46 games, he recorded 71 total tackles, three tackles for loss, eight pass knockdowns, two sacks, two interceptions, and two forced fumbles.

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers (7-7) will visit the Montreal Alouettes (11-3) on Saturday, October 3 with kickoff scheduled for 7:00 p.m. EDT. The Blue Bombers are coming off a tight loss to the Argonauts, while the Alouettes were on bye.
