The Montreal Alouettes have activated American receiver Reggie White Jr. from the six-game injury list.

The 28-year-old native of Randallstown, Md. caught 53 passes for 722 yards and two touchdowns over 15 games in 2022, finishing second on the team in receiving yards behind Eugene Lewis. He suffered a season-ending knee injury late in the year, tearing his ACL, LCL, and PCL in his right knee and has not played since.

The six-foot-three, 210-pound target has recorded 71 receptions for 899 yards and two touchdowns over 20 career CFL regular season games. He also had a brief stint with the New York Giants after going unselected in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Tyler Snead suffered a foot injury against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in Week 1 and did not practice for the Alouettes on Tuesday, which appears to have opened a starting job in the receiving corps.

The Montreal Alouettes (1-0) will visit the Edmonton Elks (0-1) at Commonwealth Stadium on Friday, June 14 with kickoff slated for 9:00 p.m. EDT.
