The Montreal Alouettes will be holding training camp in Saint-Jérôme, Que. for the next three years.

“We’re delighted to host our training camp in Saint-Jérôme next spring. All fans on the North Shore, as well as those in the greater Montreal area, which is only 45 minutes away, will have a front-row seat during practices and the entire training camp,” said team president and CEO Mark Weightman in a statement.

“Our players and the entire football operations staff are excited for the training camp in this highly professional environment. The top-quality facilities provided by the municipality of Saint-Jérôme will enable our players to prepare in optimal conditions to succeed again this year. We all look forward to meeting our supporters for this important moment of the season.”

The Alouettes held training camp at Stade Diablos on campus at CÉGEP de Trois-Rivières in 2023, located approximately 150 kilometres northeast of Percival Molson Stadium. Saint-Jérôme, Que. is closer, sitting just over 50 kilometres northwest of downtown Montreal.

“Bringing the Alouettes to Saint-Jérôme not only gives us a unique opportunity to welcome a professional team, but also to offer a wide range of activities for the youth, including conferences in schools hosted by the players,” said Saint-Jérôme mayor Marc Bourcier.

“I’d like to thank the Alouettes organization for this wonderful vote of confidence, and I invite everyone to come and experience professional football in the spring of 2024. Alouettes, welcome to your second home! In Saint-Jérôme, we’re proudly football fans.”
