The 28-year-old played 59 career games over four seasons with Ottawa, recording 293 defensive tackles, six sacks, two interceptions, two forced fumbles, and one touchdown. He was named an East Division all-star in 2021.

The five-foot-ten, 223-pound defender was a pending free agent at the time of his release. The Redblacks are expected to sign Hamilton Tiger-Cats linebacker Jovan Santos-Knox as his replacement.

The native of Baltimore, Md. made 154 total tackles, 18.5 tackles for loss, three sacks, three knockdowns, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and one interception over his collegiate career at Temple University (2012-16). He was named second-team All-AAC as a senior.
