Joel Figueroa was injured in the first half. He started the first five games of the season at left tackle for B.C.
The six-foot-six, 320-pounder started all 18 games at left tackle for the Lions in 2018 after coming over from the Edmonton Eskimos in free agency.
The 30-year-old has played in 67 career CFL regular-season games with Hamilton (2013-15), Edmonton (2016-17) and B.C.
Losing Figueroa is a major blow to the Lions who have been struggling to protect their multi-million dollar quarterback.
