The Ottawa Redblacks have signed American receiver Binjimen Victor, Global defensive lineman Kemari Munier-Bailey, and American linebacker Aaron Casey, the team announced on Monday.
Victor was released by the Edmonton Elks this weekend as part of their final training camp cuts. The 29-year-old made 12 starts with the team in 2025, recording 32 receptions for 331 yards and one touchdown. The six-foot-four, 200-pound target signed with Edmonton as a free agent last year after stints with the New York Giants, Baltimore Ravens, and Birmingham Stallions.
Munier-Bailey was recently cut by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. The six-foot-three, 235-pound native of Birmingham, U.K. was the second overall pick in the 2025 CFL Global Draft and dressed for one regular-season game as a rookie, making one defensive tackle and one special teams tackle. He played collegiately at Weber State, Idaho, and Fresno State.
