All nine CFL teams announced their nominees for league awards this season as listed below. The selections were made by their respective CFL city’s voting members of the Football Reporters of Canada as well as each team’s head coach.
The categories for the awards include Most Outstanding Player, Most Outstanding Canadian, Most Outstanding Defensive Player, Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman, Most Outstanding Rookie, and Most Outstanding Special Teams Player.
The East and West Division finalists will be announced on Thursday, Nov. 3. The winners at the league level will be unveiled on Thursday, Nov. 17 at Conexus Arts Centre in Regina in an event hosted by TSN’s Kate Beirness.
