The Saskatchewan Roughriders have made four changes to their lineup for Friday’s game against the Calgary Stampeders. The team released its official depth chart on Thursday.

Daniel Wiebe has returned from a head injury that kept him out of the club’s last two games. He will start at field-side wideout.

The native of Saskatoon, Sask. has caught 11 passes for 203 yards and one touchdown this season. He has made three starts over 10 regular-season games. The University of Saskatchewan product has also returned 18 punts for 218 yards.

In a corresponding move, Canadian receiver D’Sean Mimbs has been demoted to the practice roster.

Defensive end Derick Roberson has been placed on the one-game injured list (knee), and will be replaced in the starting lineup by Habakkuk Baldonado.

Roberson has started the club’s last seven games, making 17 defensive tackles, three special teams tackles, two tackles for loss, and two sacks.

Baldonado has played two regular-season games since rejoining the Roughriders following his release from Ottawa, recording three defensive tackles. The six-foot-four, 251-pound pass rusher helped the Roughriders win last year’s Grey Cup, recording two tackles in the win over Montreal.

Jaylen Pate has also been promoted from the practice roster to provide additional depth at defensive end. The six-foot-three, 272-pound defender made six defensive tackles and one sack over four regular-season games earlier this year.

Josh Woods has returned to the linebacking corps after missing three games due to an ankle injury. The 28-year-old has tallied 47 defensive tackles, four tackles for loss, two interceptions, one pass knockdown, and one touchdown over 11 regular-season games this year. He will dress in a depth role behind Aubrey Miller Jr.

Quali Conley has been added to the active roster behind running back A.J. Ouellette after recovering from a wrist injury that kept him out last week. The native of Fresno, Calif. has rushed for 396 yards and one touchdown, and caught 11 passes for 121 yards and one score this season, his first in the CFL.

Finally, return specialist James Letcher Jr. and defensive lineman Devin Adams have come off the active roster. Letcher Jr. has been placed on the six-game injured list (shoulder), while Adams has been moved to the practice roster.

DaMarcus Fields, the team’s starter at field-side halfback, is listed as a game-time decision. He did not appear on Saskatchewan’s injury report this week. The 28-year-old native of Taylor, Texas has made 54 defensive tackles, one tackle for loss, one forced fumble, and one pass knockdown over 14 regular-season games this year.

The Saskatchewan Roughriders (8-6) will host the Calgary Stampeders (7-8) on Friday, October 2 with kickoff scheduled for 9:30 p.m. EDT. The Roughriders are coming off a loss to B.C. that bumped them to third place in the West Division, while the Stampeders completed their two-game sweep of Ottawa.

The game will be broadcast on TSN in Canada and CFL+ internationally. Radio listeners can tune-in on 620 CKRM in Regina and 770 CHQR in Calgary.
