The B.C. Lions have brought back American receiver and return specialist Jermaine Jackson, adding him to the practice roster. The move was announced on Tuesday.
The five-foot-eight, 180-pound speedster dressed for four regular-season games in 2025, recording nine receptions for 61 yards, seven kickoff returns for 146 yards, and 10 punt returns for 83 yards.
The native of Oakland, Calif. attended training camp with the team in 2026 and made four catches for 17 yards during the preseason, but he was still let go.

Jackson played four regular-season games with the New Orleans Saints in 2024, returning eight kickoffs for 187 yards and seven punts for 68 yards.
The 26-year-old played 28 collegiate games at the University of Idaho, where he earned second-team All-Big Sky honours in 2023.
He recorded 107 receptions for 1,687 yards, rushed 16 times for 129 yards, returned 33 punts for 540 yards, 28 kickoffs for 638 yards, and scored 10 total touchdowns.
