The Saskatchewan Roughriders have released National offensive lineman Jez Janvier and American defensive back Millard Bradford.
Janvier was selected in the fifth round, 47th overall, during the 2026 CFL Draft. He dressed for one game as a rookie, seeing action as a backup in Week 10 against Ottawa.
The six-foot-five, 314-pound blocker finished his collegiate career at Southern Mississippi, where he played six games in a depth role. The native of Montreal previously played at Eastern Michigan, where he started five games at guard in 2024 without allowing a sack. He also has experience along the defensive line.

Bradford joined the Riders’ practice roster on July 20, but had yet to suit up for the club. He played three regular-season NFL games with the New Orleans Saints in 2024, recording three total tackles. He was later a member of the Chicago Bears and Calgary Stampeders, though he didn’t see any regular-season action with either team.

He recorded 231 tackles, 17 tackles for loss, one sack, four interceptions, 19 pass breakups, two forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries. He was named an All-Big 12 honourable mention in 2022 and 2023.
