Zach Collaros returned to practice with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on Wednesday as a limited participant, according to the team’s official injury report.

Collaros has missed Winnipeg’s last two games due to a head injury. The 38-year-old has gone 5-4 as a starter this season, completing 70.6 percent of his passes for 2,204 yards, 11 touchdowns, and six interceptions.

“I would say he’s improving,” O’Shea told the media after the team’s closed practice. “You know me, I’ll never call it. I’ll always give [players] an opportunity (to show they’re healthy enough to play).”
