The Toronto Argonauts’ quest to defend the Grey Cup title ended prematurely on Saturday night, as they suffered a historic Eastern Final upset at the hands of the Montreal Alouettes.

Head coach Ryan Dinwiddie and Pinball Clemons built a juggernaut that etched their names in the record books in 2023, tying the best regular-season record in CFL history at 16-2. A rare off-night from star quarterback Chad Kelly spoiled the franchise’s 100th anniversary in the postseason, but the focus now shifts towards keeping the core of the roster together.

This is the seventh installment in a series of articles from 3DownNation outlining the pending free agents from each CFL team. We have already covered the Edmonton ElksSaskatchewan RoughridersOttawa Redblacks, Calgary Stampeders, Hamilton Tiger-Cats, and B.C. Lions.

Please note that “N” denotes nationals (ie. Canadians), “A” denotes Americans, and “G” denotes Globals.
