The Saskatchewan Roughriders have signed American wide receiver Kalija Lipscomb

The six-foot-one, 201-pound target played 45 career games over 45 seasons at Vanderbilt, recording 198 receptions for 2,356 yards and 22 touchdowns while adding 24 carries for 149 yards and one touchdown in the run game. Lipscomb led all SEC receivers with 87 receptions in 2018, the fourth-best in school history.
