The Argonauts will celebrate the franchise’s 18th Grey Cup victory with fans on Thursday, November 24 at Maple Leaf Square in Toronto.

The Boatmen defeated the two-time defending champion Winnipeg Blue Bombers 24-23 on Sunday night in Regina. Backup quarterback Chad Kelly came off the bench in the fourth quarter to take a late lead and Canadian defensive lineman Robbie Smith blocked a field goal with less than a minute remaining to seal the win.

The Championship Rally will take place from 11 a.m. EST to 1 p.m. EST in front of Scotiabank arena, with fans invited to join in the festivities as the team shows off the Grey Cup. A live DJ will be in attendance along with other programming, but attendees are advised to use TTC or GO Transit to the event, due to street closures and ongoing construction in the surrounding area.

Scotiabank Arena is the home of the NHL’s Toronto Maple Leafs and the NBA’s Toronto Raptors, both teams controlled by Argos’ ownership group Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment.
