The Calgary Stampeders are teasing fans with a sneak peek at a new alternate uniform set to be unveiled early next week.
The team took to Twitter to share four snapshots of a new look for the franchise, revealing that the full jersey would be made public on Monday, August 29.

The primarily black look features red and white shoulder stripes as an accent and red numbering. It heavily includes the short-hand “CGY” for the city of Calgary, with the lettering repeated several times on the shoulder and emblazoned in red over the name bar.
The announcement will mark the second time in as many years that the Stamps have rolled out a fresh uniform. The 75th-anniversary jerseys unveiled last year have since become the team’s primary home look.
Calgary will become the third CFL team to sport a special alternate uniform in 2022, following Winnipeg and Hamilton.
There is no word yet as to when the team will first wear their new duds, but the announcement is scheduled to come exactly one week before the Stampeders host Edmonton for the annual Labour Day Classic.
