Hamilton Tiger-Cats receiver Brandon Banks does not understand the decision-making going on within the CFL head office.

Banks claims he tried to attend a Toronto Raptors game, but he was denied by the three-down league. He quote-tweeted a video of Toronto Argonauts quarterback McLeod Bethel-Thompson doing an interview with TSN while at Scotiabank Arena on Thursday night.

Wow when I tried to go to Raptors game the CFL told me I couldn’t go! I ain’t snitching but sh*t fishy!

As per the CFL’s own original tier one personnel rules, Bethel-Thompson was supposed to quarantine for four days and require two negative tests before he is allowed to be around the team again. However, the league ruled he can be eligible to play on Sunday in the East Final after two days of quarantine and multiple negative COVID-19 tests.

Banks responded on TwitterThey would have suspended me so fast and put me under the CFL LOL and I would have been the laugh of the country.

The 33-year-old has exposed the make-it-up-as-they-go-along league in a real way.
