Hamilton Tiger-Cats receiver Bralon Addison has been ruled out of the rest of Saturday’s game against the Ottawa Redblacks due to a hamstring injury, according to TSN’s Matthew Scianitti.

The injury occurred on a 61-yard reception late in the first quarter after which Addison pulled up favouring his right leg. He was tended to by trainers before going to the locker room for further evaluation.

Addison didn’t make his 2021 debut until Week 9 due to a leg injury, missing the club’s first seven games. He made a large impact with the Ticats in just nine quarters of work, making 18 receptions on 23 targets for 231 yards.

The Ticats currently lead the Redblacks 18-3 to start the fourth quarter of Saturday’s first of three CFL games. The B.C. Lions and Winnipeg Blue Bombers kickoff at 7:00 p.m. ET, followed by the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Calgary Stampeders at 9:45 p.m. ET.
