Iceville: Mosaic Stadium turned into Saskatchewan’s largest ice rink

The home of Riderville has been changed to Iceville for winter skating.

Regina Exhibition Association Limited has completed preparations for the biggest outdoor rink on the prairies, aptly named Iceville. REAL made outdoor ice at Mosaic Stadium, which opens to the public on December 31.

As approved by the Saskatchewan Health Authority, 30 guests will be allowed on the ice at one time. Guests will be asked to pre-register for a dedicated 45-minute time slot via online registration at evrazplace.com.

Weather permitting, days of operation for Iceville will be from December 31 to February 28, including holidays.

COVID-19 guidelines will be enforced throughout the venue, which will provide skaters with an opportunity to enjoy Mosaic Stadium for the first time since the pandemic began.
