Saskatchewan Roughriders Canadian linebacker Cameron Judge is back in the starting lineup for their Week 19 game in B.C.

He was taking reps with the starting defence at practice throughout the week.

Judge was on the one-game injured list with a concussion for the Riders loss to Calgary in Week 18 suffered during the victory over the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

He had five tackles, one special teams stop and one sack on Chris Streveler in Week 17. The 24-year-old is having a breakout season, recording a career-high 53 tackles, four sacks, one forced fumble and one interception through 14 games.

Judge made 41 tackles, two sacks and forced one fumble in 18 games in 2018. He turned the promise showed as a prospect when Saskatchewan selected Judge in the first round, second overall during the 2017 CFL draft into production.

The ratio-breaking national improves the Riders defensive unit when healthy and on the field.
