3Down CFL picks: Getting back up after a TKO

The Blue Bombers are collecting themselves after a knockout blow.

Two losses have sent Winnipeg tumbling down the West Division standings from first to third with two straight losses. The first an epic collapse during the Montreal Miracle and a TKO from the Ticats.

Edmonton at Hamilton 7 p.m. EST

The Ticats are the only team perfect at home in 2019, posting a 6-0 record at Tim Hortons Field.
