3Down CFL picks: Magic numbers

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have an easy magic number: one.

Meanwhile the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Calgary Stampeders have a simple equation: one + one = x. That means one win and one Ottawa Redblacks loss and both the Bombers and Stamps are in the playoffs. The Ticats just need one win to be in.

For the second of three straight weeks the schedule features only inter-divisional matchups. The West holds a 16-10 lead on the strength of a three-game sweep during Week 14. But the East has an opportunity to battle back.
