Three teams can clinch CFL playoff spots in Week 15.

Hamilton’s route is simple: win and in. Winnipeg and Calgary must earn victories while hoping Ottawa loses to B.C. That’s how a trio of franchises could secure post-season tickets.

Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Calgary Stampeders are capable of securing post-season tickets with victories in their respective matchups. If Ottawa loses to B.C. the Ticats, Bombers and Stamps would back their way into the Grey Cup tournament.

If Toronto and Ottawa lose in Week 15 it would result in three teams with 10 losses, joining B.C. That means any team with nine wins would be among the top six in the standings ensuring a crossover happens. The Redblacks and Argos could suffer defeats and still remain – mathematically – alive for second place in the East.

Week 15 playoff scenarios:

East Division

Hamilton win or tie or Ottawa loss or tie = Hamilton clinches a playoff spot

West Division

Calgary win and Ottawa loss = Calgary and Winnipeg clinch a playoff spot

Winnipeg win and Ottawa loss = Winnipeg clinches a playoff spot

Crossover rule:

If the fourth-place team in division A has more points, not tied, than the third-place team in division B, the fourth-place team will cross over to division B, replace the third place team in division A, and compete against the second-place team of that division.
