Samuel Eguavoen recorded two tackles, half a sack, and one tackle for loss in his NFL debut on Sunday.
The game did not go well for the Dolphins, losing 59-10 at home against the Baltimore Ravens. Lamar Jackson completed 17-of-20 pass attempts for 324 yards and five touchdowns. Robert Griffin III came on in relief and went six-for-six for 55 yards and a touchdown.
Miami also allowed 256 rushing yards, including a 60-yard carry by Anthony Levine.
Eguavoen started 18 games with Saskatchewan last season, recording 81 tackles, three sacks, two forced fumbles, and one interception. He earned a starting role on the Dolphins’ defence during training camp, his first in the NFL.
