TSN reporter John Lu is a man of many talents, but there is visual proof of his football skills.
Montreal Alouettes quarterback Vernon Adams was playing catch with fans during the lightning delay at Percival Molson Stadium. And when one fan threw the football back to Adams well over the target, Lu was ready.

The Alouettes might have a new receiver prospect.

Lu put his colleague Matthew Scianitti to shame. He attempted to make a catch during a game in 2017 between the Saskatchewan Roughriders and the Ottawa Redblacks.
Former CFL quarterback turned TSN analyst Matt Dunigan said on the broadcast: John Lu you’re up, Scianitti take a seat.
