DaVaris Daniels is set to make his Eskimos debut on Thursday against B.C. in Week 5.
The 26-year-old signed with Edmonton during free agency in February and missed the Esks first three games of the season.
“He’s a veteran presence, he’s a good route runner, he’s got great hands, he’s been highly successful when he’s play for Calgary,” Eskimos head coach Jason Maas said.
Daniels burst into the scene in 2016 when he won the Most Outstanding Rookie Award. He spent the first three seasons of his CFL career in Calgary recording 148 catches for 2,375 yards and 20 touchdowns while winning a Grey Cup in 2018 with the Stampeders.
