Santos-Knox was a free agent target secured by general manager Brock Sunderland, inking a one-year pact worth around $145,000 plus incentives.
The 24-year-old played 18 games for Winnipeg last season recording 82 tackles, six sacks and two forced fumbles. As a CFL rookie in 2017, Santos-Knox made 47 tackles, 19 more on special teams, two sacks, two interceptions and forced one fumble.
