Waterloo Warriors dynamic quarterback Tre Forde will attend Hamilton Ticats training camp as part of the CFL’s Canadian quarterback internship program.

Ford lit up the Ontario University Athletics conference during the 2018 season, leading USports in touchdown passes with 27 against just two interceptions, topping the OUA in passing yards 2,822 and completion percentage 74.1 per cent – a new OUA single-season record. He rushed for 641 yards and two touchdowns on 74 carries – 8.7 yards per carry average.

The Niagara Falls native was the USports rookie of the year in 2017 and named the OUA MVP last year.
