Every single Canadian player ever selected in the NFL draft

Since 1966 — the start date of the Super Bowl Era — there have been 60 players from north of the border selected in the NFL draft.

In each of the last eight years, a minimum of one Canadian has been chosen in the NFL draft, which is a record for the longest streak of its kind. The other run on Canadians took place between 1979 and 1984, and back then the draft lasted 12 rounds.

The 2019 NFL draft goes Thursday night in Nashville, Tennessee and ends on Saturday.

Canadian defensive lineman Nathan Shepherd was picked in the third round, 72nd overall by the New York Jets in the 2018 NFL draft. Here are the rest of the Canadian players who have been drafted in the NFL.
