The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have signed running back Cameron Marshall to a one-year contract for the 2019 season.
The 27-year-old spent the past two seasons with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Marshall played in 13 games rushing 135 times for 763 yards and two touchdowns plus 33 catches for 312 yards and two touchdowns.
Overall, Marshall has been in the CFL for parts of four seasons playing 32 games recording 278 carries for 1,392 yards and seven touchdowns to go along with 65 receptions for 690 yards and four touchdowns.
Marshall has had stints in the NFL with the Miami Dolphins, Seattle Seahawks and Jacksonville Jaguars.
During Marshall’s NCAA career, he rushed for 2,700 yards and 38 touchdowns – 4.7-yards-per-carry – over 49 games at Arizona State University.
