Lions, the releases of Chad Owens and Shakeir Ryan, trade deadline talk, the Riders bidding on the 2020 Grey Cup, the CFL-LFA partnership, Alessia Cara being named the Grey Cup halftime performer, a preview of this week’s game between the Ticats and Argos, and a look at the Ticats’ and Redblacks’ final four games and what the Ticats need to do to overtake Ottawa for first in the East and host the East Final.
