CFL ratings report: Riders romp over Calgary delivers big audience for TSN

It would appear fans of the Saskatchewan Roughriders enjoy watching their team win over a hated division rival.

Who knew?

Last Sunday’s game between the Riders and the Calgary Stampeders was the highest-rated game of the week and the second-most watched game of the CFL season on TSN. An average audience of 769,300 tuned in to see the Stamps go down at Mosaic to the tune of 40-27.

It was another strong week for the league overall with an average of 562,725 viewers across all four games, an increase of almost 12 per cent over Week 10 in 2017. Year-to-date, TSN ratings are up 4.1 per cent.
