Saskatchewan has inked linebacker Justin Horton, according to Mike Kaye from First Coast News.
Former JU DE Justin Horton, who played LB for the #Jaguars during last year's training camp, has signed with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, per source.

The Jacksonville University product made 70 tackles, six for loss, 4.5 sacks and two forced fumbles in 10 games during his senior season. He went unselected in the 2017 NFL draft and signed an undrafted free agent contract with the Jaguars. Horton was waived with an injury settlement in training camp.
