Hamilton has re-signed linebacker Larry Dean.
Dean had a stellar 2017 season for the Ticats making 96 tackles, three sacks and forcing three fumbles while playing in all 18 games. Two years in the Hammer has seen the 29-year-old 174 tackles, five sacks, five forced fumbles and one interception.

The Valdosta State product went unselected in the 2011 NFL draft but signed a free agent contract with Minnesota. He spent three seasons with the Vikings, one in Buffalo and another in Tampa Bay amassing 37 tackles and one forced fumble.
Dean was an East all-star in 2017.
