The Saskatchewan Roughriders have signed free agent defensive tackle Zack Evans.
The Regina native spent two seasons with the Riders before being selected by the Ottawa Redblacks in the expansion draft.

In 86 career games, Evans has amassed 87 defensive tackles, 22 sacks, one interception and one touchdown. He is a two-time Grey Cup champion – winning with the Riders in 2013 and with Ottawa in 2016.
He started 18 games in 2017, amassing 23 tackles and five sacks.
