Fulton signed with Montreal last season after being released by Hamilton playing in five games for the Alouettes. The 31-year-old has spent six seasons in the CFL with the Riders, Ticats and Als.
Bede had a bounce-back season in 2017 connecting on over 82 per cent of his field goal tries (29-of-35) while punting the ball for a 44.2 average. The Laval University product handled all the kicking duties for Montreal and earned a raise for 2018.
