Three regular starters for the Riders will be out in Week 19 against Montreal.
Roosevelt, Eguavoen, Marshall mostly sitting for precautionary reasons.

Roosevelt was listed on the team’s depth chart but did not play in the Week 18 matchup versus Calgary after he left the team’s Week 17 loss to Ottawa and did not return, so he’ll sit out and recover further from an upper-body injury. Roosevelt has already recorded his second straight 1,000-yard receiving season in green and white. Chad Owens caught five passes for 78 yards in Roosevelt’s place in the win at McMahon Stadium.
Marshall rushed for 53 yards on 14 attempts in his first game back off the six-game injured list. Meanwhile, Eguavoen made two tackles on Stamps players.
The Riders might be allowing some first-string players to get right for a week with league-worst Montreal coming to town.
Carter possibly playing both sides of the ball – Chris Jones said he would in Week 18 but he only lined up on defence – would be must-watch TV.
