Podskee Wee Wee, Episode 51

On this week’s show, Mike disappoints all you fine listeners once again (and we call for some new punishments) and we update our last two week’s in the CFL Podcast Family League. Spoiler alert: we’re now in first place!

We hit the lowest of lows talking about Hamilton’s embarrassing loss to Winnipeg last Wednesday before reaching the highest of highs with news that Zach Collaros will start for the Ticats this week against the BC Lions. We also discuss the Ticats signing of former Ottawa defensive back Brandon Sermons.

Lots of league talk this week as we discuss the release of Brandon Bridge, the Riders ratio fiasco (where Mike pulls a swerve and changes his Bozo of the Week), John Bowman’s contract extension and whether he is the most underrated great player in league history, and of course, we touch on Henry Burris’ rant.

We then preview this week’s Ticats game, where they head to BC to take on the Lions on Saturday night.

We wrap things up by making our Week 8 CFL picks — remember to join our Pick ‘Em league to win a great Ticats prize pack — and by answering a couple questions submitted by a listener.

As always, do not forget that you can subscribe to the podcast on iTunes. You can also download the show over at our Podbean site or listen to or download it right here on 3DownNation.

If you have any questions you want answered on the show or just have some comments in general that you want to share, feel free to hit Mike or myself up on Twitter or leave them in the comment section below.

It’s time for Episode 51 of Podskee Wee Wee.

Josh Smith has been writing about the Ticats and the CFL since 2010 and was sporting his beard way before it was cool. Will be long after, too.
