Podskee Wee Wee, Episode 48

On this week’s show, Mike and I chitchat about how our weeks are going as Mike plugs his appearance on the Eskimo Empire Podcast and I talk about my vacation in Kingston. In fact, I think I can safely say that this was the very first CFL podcast recorded from a hotel room in Kingston, Ontario. We then gloat about our big win the CFL Podcast Family League that pushed our record to 3-1.

Then it is Ticats talk time as we dig deep into Hamilton’s win over the Als and talk about the unfortunate injury centre Mike Filer.

With very little CFL news, Mike and I decide it would be a good idea to refute Rod Pedersen’s claim that BC Lions defensive linemen Mic’hael Brooks deliberately injured Saskatchewan QB Darian Durant.

After that, Mike hands out his fourth Bozo of the Week award and we preview Hamilton’s game in Edmonton this Saturday against the Eskimos.

We wrap things up by making our Week 5 CFL picks — remember to join our Pick ‘Em league to win a great Ticats prize pack — and by answering a, as in one, listener question.

As always, do not forget that you can subscribe to the podcast on iTunes. You can also download the show over at our Podbean site or listen to or download it right here on 3DownNation.

If you have any questions you want answered on the show or just have some comments in general that you want to share, feel free to hit Mike or myself up on Twitter or leave them in the comment section below.

Sit grab a beverage, relax and enjoy Episode 48 of Podskee Wee Wee.

Josh Smith has been writing about the Ticats and the CFL since 2010 and was sporting his beard way before it was cool. Will be long after, too.
