The Toronto Argonauts have signed former Ticat defensive tackle Bryan Hall to a one-year deal.
Hall tweeted the news on Friday afternoon.
Had to take the best opportunity I had. And it was in Double Blue! Ready to go to work! https://t.co/BLZrwLyjzI

Hall, 27, played two seasons in Hamilton, playing in 33 games and making 25 starts, amassing 72 tackles and seven sacks.
Active on social media, Hall was popular with Hamilton fans but will now take his talents – and his loquaciousness – down the QEW.
@BryanHall95 big disappointment. You broke my daughter’s heart today, but on the bright side I now have a couple of Argos to boo #enemy

The Ticats have prioritized re-signing their Canadian free agents, including Ted Laurent and Courtney Stephen, while also inking international defensive end John Chick and receiver Chad Owens. That left several veteran Ticats looking for new teams, including Hall, receiver Bakari Grant and linebacker Taylor Reed.
Hamilton will likely look to second-year man Drake Nevis to fill the (sizeable) hole left by Hall’s departure.
