Lots of competition at DB. That brings the Bombers’ total DB’s on the roster to 23, or just under 1/3 of the total roster. It’s pretty obvious that they want to do something about giving up the tons of yardage they’ve bled the past 2 years on defence. If it doesn’t change this year & they don’t at least win a playoff game, Hall should be as good as gone despite O’Shea’s loyalty to his staff. Maybe O’Shea goes out the door too. Big year in Winnipeg.

    • Wow – that is a huge pile of DBs for TC (you can discount the Canadian DBs on the roster sort of though – they will be seen as ST guys / back-ups for Loffler or emergency only replacements at D-half or corner – they won’t be “competing” for playing time at those positions).

Good to address an area of big need for TC (they lost Heath to the Argos); Randle & Loffler maybe the only sure bets in the secondary? Maybe 2 or 3 of these new import guys pan out as really good impact players.

Richie Hall D ? – not sure “talent” is the big issue there ?

  2. DBs and WRs the top 2 positions teams load up on for camp. Hope the Bombers are A OK in all the other positions going into mini camp.

Just worried about the ratio….worried we will see a drop in performance on the OLine whenever someone gets nicked up. 2 Canadian pass catchers too. Who’s #3?
BUT, I do agree with your points.
