Redblacks sign former Riders defensive end A.C. Leonard

The Ottawa Redblacks have agreed to a one-year contract with former Riders defensive end A.C. Leonard

The 26-year-old Leonard started 17 games in 2017 making 33 tackles and registering five sacks.

He was converted from receiver by Saskatchewan head coach Chris Jones.

    • Replaced by Charleston Hughes, but yeah he is a good player and I think Ottawa will be very happy with him.

    A great player who really turned around on the defense side of the ball. Good luck with the Reds

  6. Booyah! We have a pass rusher! I’m sure the secondary will be more effective with opposing QBs under some duress for a change
