Canadian linebacker Boseko Lokombo spent the final month of the NFL regular season on San Francisco’s practice roster and he’s signed a reserve/futures contract for 2018.
Lokombo attended training camp with the Ravens in 2017 after spending the last three seasons in B.C. He made four tackles and defended one pass in four pre-season games with Baltimore, but got released in late September. Oakland quickly picked him up and after spending time on the Raiders practice roster he was released on October 10. There was a workout with the New England Patriots on October 12 but nothing came of it.
In 2016, Lokombo made nine tackles on defence and 11 on special teams for the Lions.
