Riders’ Duron Carter makes ridiculous backhanded TD grab

Saskatchewan receiver Duron Carter made an unbelievable touchdown catch against Toronto.

Locked in one-on-one coverage with Akwasi Owusu-Ansah, Kevin Glenn lofted the ball into the end zone and Carter stabbed it backhanded for an 18-yard touchdown reception.

  1. Nice….backhand

  2. In before horses ass says something negative about Carter and Jones cheating to make a rediculous catch. Game related…great game by both teams. Ray truly is special to watch and Glenn is as well. Glenn doesn’t get enough credit for the good things he does. Great game and finally an effort to establish the run game sticking with it wearing down the defense.

Yeah.. ya just know horse boy is gonna spew some crap about cheating or something stupid! But give credit to a strong showing by Glenn and the presidents(Roosevelt, Carter and Grant) who when on fire can be dominating! The Riders get a big win and hopefully can build on something going into B.C.! The Lions look beatable after that shitty performance against the Esks, which I expected a much better effort from Lulay and co. But didn’t get it! ..Anyways, Go Riders!

Great catch. Riders needed this one. Now the games get real. BC back to back.

    • Hey, maybe TSN will actually now include the Saskatchewan Roughriders when they show the Western standings which they did not include on their Friday night Sport Center.

Saw it in person and I still couldn’t believe it.

  6. I wouldn’t underestimate BC. The Esks are 10-1 going back to the last 6 games of 2016 once they got used to the new coaches’s system. They are allowing the least passing yards & total yards so what the did to Lulay they did to Harris. And Durant’s offence just put 500 yards offence on Wpg who beat the Riders. DD got a season low 166 passing vs Esks. So their loss to Edmonton doesn’t mean BC is beatable. We’ve beaten Hamilton & Argos. This isn t the same as BC, Stamps or Esks.

So what? Who is saying B.C. is beatable. And really, I could care less about the Eskimos. All I care about is the Riders. And we got a victory. Hooray!!!

Thanks, Horsee. Appreciate your honesty a lot more than the Mr. Hyde approach.

  8. Argo coverage was pretty good on that play, great catch for sure.
